Physical Therapist – Assisted Living Facility, Shrewsbury, NJ

We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Shrewsbury, NJ, where you’ll provide compassionate, personalized care to residents in our Assisted Living Facility. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing the quality of life and helping residents achieve their wellness goals. Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each resident’s unique needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Use hands-on therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being.
• Educate residents and their families on effective rehabilitation and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR systems.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in physical therapy to enhance care quality.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
