Homecare Physical Therapist – Flexible Opportunities Across New Jersey

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 4–5 patients per day
- Conduct in-home assessments to identify patients’ needs and create tailored care plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and overall function.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Supervise support staff, ensuring consistency and quality in treatment.
Salary:
- Full-time: $110,000k - $120,000k annually
- Part-time: $80 - $100 per hour (10 hours per week)
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- New Jersey Physical Therapist License
- At least 2 years of experience preferred (new graduates are welcome)
- Expertise in manual therapy and familiarity with EMR platforms (e.g., WebPT)
