Full-Time Physical Therapist

Join our team as a Physical Therapist at our Orthopedic Outpatient Office in Somerset, NJ, where you’ll make a real impact on patients’ lives. You’ll work closely with individuals to help them regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their daily function through tailored, hands-on therapy. This role is an opportunity to provide meaningful care while contributing to a positive patient experience and better outcomes.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 short days, 2 long days)

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' mobility and physical limitations to develop personalized care plans.
• Lead targeted therapeutic exercises and manual therapy sessions to support pain relief and functional improvement.
• Adjust treatment plans as patients progress, ensuring their ongoing recovery.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Keep clear, accurate records and update treatment plans using EMR systems (e.g., WebPT).

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, with a full benefits package

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
• Proficient in clinical assessments and orthopedic treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with patients and the team.
