Full-Time Physical Therapist – Make a Lasting Impact on Patients’ Lives

We are looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing team at our orthopedic outpatient office in Hillsborough, NJ. If you're passionate about helping people regain their mobility and reach their full potential, this role is a great fit. You'll apply your expertise to create personalized treatment plans that restore function, relieve pain, and improve overall quality of life.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 short days, 2 long days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and mobility limitations.
• Develop customized treatment plans to help patients achieve their recovery goals.
• Use manual therapy techniques and evidence-based exercises to relieve pain and improve movement.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure continuous improvement

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
• Proficient in clinical assessments and orthopedic treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with patients and the team.
