Physical Therapist – Assisted Living Facility, Woodcliff Lake, NJ

In this role, you’ll help residents improve mobility, regain confidence, and achieve their therapy goals. Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations and design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility and overall function.
• Provide patients and their families with guidance on rehabilitation strategies and recovery techniques.
• Accurately document patient progress and treatment details in EMR systems.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in physical therapy.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
