Physical Therapist – Assisted Living Facility, New Jersey

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Shrewsbury, NJ. In this role, you’ll provide personalized therapy services to residents in our Assisted Living Facility, helping them achieve their wellness goals and improve their quality of life. Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Patient Load: 7 patients per day, totaling 30 patients per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and recovery techniques.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.

Salary: $90,000k - $100,000k annually

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and a patient-centered approach.
• Familiarity with EMR software (e.g., WebPT) is a plus.
