Position Highlights:

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with 3 shorter days and 2 longer days).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized treatment plans based on orthopedic needs.
• Administer hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care strategies for continued recovery.
• Work collaboratively with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings.
• Proficient with EMR systems such as WebPT.
