Physical Therapist Needed

We are looking for a physical therapist who excels in hands-on manual therapy, differential diagnosis, evidenced-based practice, therapeutic exercise, and demonstrates a strong team player mentality. We pride ourselves in treating the whole patient including prevention and wellness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate prioritizing patient care and be friendly, empathetic, and have strong interpersonal skills. You will also be tasked with representing our clinic positively in the community and be able to effectively communicate with referring physicians, clinic staff, other health care providers, and family members about patient care and treatments.

Position Details:

• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a full benefits package
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 short days, 2 long days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address each patient’s unique needs.
• Lead therapeutic exercises to build strength and improve flexibility.
• Apply manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and improve function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for a holistic approach to care.
• Document patient progress and treatment updates using EMR systems (e.g., WebPT).

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• New Jersey State Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience (new grads welcome).
• Solid manual therapy skills and knowledge of rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in EMR software (e.g., WebPT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
