We’re looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dedicated orthopedic outpatient clinic. Position Highlights:

• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, plus full benefits
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3 shorter days, 2 longer days)
• Patient Volume: 2-3 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Guide patients through evidence-based therapeutic exercises to improve movement and reduce pain.
• Use hands-on manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility and function.
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary, documenting all progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical experience (new graduates are welcome to apply).
• Expertise in manual therapy and individualized care.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building trust with patients.
