Part Time Onsite Property Manager

Taylor Management is currently seeking a Part Time Onsite Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of a residential community on a part-time basis. This position is three (3) days a week for an active adult site.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the community, including maintenance, operations, and resident services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community.
• Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to schedule and oversee necessary repairs and maintenance activities.
• Assist with budgeting and financial management for the community.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and enforce community policies and regulations.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property management or a related field.
• Knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
