Order Filler

Job Summary:
As an Order Filler, you will play an essential role in our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, helping to deliver high-quality eco-friendly products that make a difference. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to supporting Future Group USA's sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring correct item selection and quantities.
• Pack orders efficiently and securely using eco-friendly packaging materials to minimize waste.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, labeling them correctly and ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders, verifying that they meet customer specifications and product standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory management, reporting low stock levels, or discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and promote sustainable practices, such as recycling packaging materials when possible.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline order fulfillment and ensure a seamless operation.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift packages up to 50 pounds as needed.

Team-oriented with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Passion for sustainability and supporting eco-friendly initiatives.
