Order Filler

Job Summary:
As an Order Filler, you’ll be a key part of our warehouse team, ensuring that every order is accurately picked, packed, and shipped to customers nationwide. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help us keep our promise of delivering eco-friendly products to our clients. What You’ll Do:

• Accurately Select Orders: Pick products from the shelves based on order specifications, ensuring all items match order details and quality standards.
• Efficient Packing: Pack each order with care, using eco-friendly materials to align with our sustainability mission.
• Maintain Inventory Accuracy: Help keep inventory records up-to-date by reporting low stock levels and noting any discrepancies.
• Quality Checks: Inspect items before packing to guarantee they meet quality standards and are ready for shipment.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members to meet daily order targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Contribute to a Sustainable Environment: Actively participate in recycling and waste-reduction initiatives within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for accuracy and take pride in your work, making sure every order is filled perfectly.
• Physically Fit: Comfortable working in a warehouse setting, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Team Player: Able to communicate and cooperate well with others to achieve daily goals.
