As a Member Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting wellness plan options to new guests, and assisting our valued members in achieving their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members
• Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to members on suitable services
• Assist in booking appointments and ensuring exceptional customer experience
• Actively promote and upsell additional services, elevations, and gift cards
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of member communication
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual sales targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
