What's in it for you?

Monday-Friday; 8am - 5pm and ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation schedule

Requirements:
As our chosen Maintenance Technician, every day you will perform property maintenance/repairs as needed and requested by residents and/or property management staff. Property maintenance/repair duties may include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, keys and locks, appliances, lighting systems, carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, pool/recreating maintenance, snow removal, trash pick up, and more. Additionally, you will perform duties to turn apartments and ensure that move-in standards are met. Requirements
To thrive in this role:
Experience and knowledge of drywall repairs, painting skills, plumbing, HVAC and appliance repairs
Must possess own hand tools and must have knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices
Superior customer service, attention to detail, and time management skills
Dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast paced team-oriented environment
Ability to respond to on-call emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation schedule
Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs unassisted
Must have a valid driver's license
A team player
