Maintenance Associate-Part Time

We are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate to assist with facility maintenance for our locations throughout Ocean County. The Maintenance Associate will work under the guidance of the Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the upkeep and repair of our properties. They will help with minor repairs, painting, and groundskeeping tasks. The successful candidate will have a flexible schedule and be available to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in facility maintenance, performing tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and groundskeeping
• Be able to use basic hand tools and operate lawn equipment
• Be able to follow instructions and work independently
• Have a valid NJ Driver's license
• Be able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Be reliable and punctual
