Logistic Control Tower

Job Summary

The Last Mile - Control Tower is responsible for developing first class customer relations. Your Role is to ensure excellent standard of data accuracy are maintained in a timely and efficient manner and developing the full potential and profitability of the Key Account.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

·         Management of B2B shipments from initial location to stores with dedicated trucks or freighter (Fedex, UPS…) for pick and pack activities (DCR) and X-Dock (CFS)

·         Management returns from stores to DCR

·         Management claims with carriers

·         Single Point of Contact for last mile operations (warehouse, stores, customer transportation team…)

·         Creation and update SOP related to last mile operations

·         Initiation and KPIs follow-up (OTIF, claim rate…)

·         Validation last mile invoices

·         Scheduling daily and weekly routes

·         Tracking orders using functional systems (e.g. barcodes and tracking software)

·         Monitor and report on transportation costs

·         Experience in freight forwarding / logistics

·         Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

·         Prepared to learn all aspects of the team’s work with desire and able to provide assistance on a regular basis.

·         High level with MS PowerPoint and Excel.

·         Good team player, with the ability to monitor and motivate the staff and ability to work efficiently and accurately.

·         Excellent communication skills, customer focus with proactive attitude.

·         Strong organizational and communications skills, with good ability to present and articulate.

·         Proven work experience as a Transportation, Shipping, or similar role

·         Solid knowledge of supply chain management

·         Experience preparing and tracking orders

·         Preferred  BSc in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field
