Infor CloudSuite GHR (Global Human Resources) Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infor CloudSuite GHR (Global Human Resources) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Infor CloudSuite GHR, with the ability to implement, configure, and support the system effectively. This role is crucial in optimizing the client's HR processes and ensuring the smooth operation of their HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Configuration:
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite GHR configuration and customization to meet organizational needs.
• Take tickets from ServiceNow and work them to completion. Look to solve 90% of tickets before routing to Tier 4
• Support and Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support for Infor CloudSuite GHR, including troubleshooting issues, managing system performance, and applying patches or updates.
• User Training and Support:
• Offer guidance and support to HR teams and other stakeholders, resolving user issues and questions effectively.
• Compliance and Best Practices:
• Ensure the Infor CloudSuite GHR system complies with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and Infor CloudSuite updates to continuously improve HR processes and system use.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+yrs proven experience with Infor CloudSuite GHR. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Infor CloudSuite GHR modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications related to Infor CloudSuite GHR or similar HRIS systems.
• Experience with integration of Infor CloudSuite GHR with other enterprise systems.
