HVAC and Plumbing Service Manager

EnviroSafe, a family-owned consumer services company, is seeking an experienced and organized HVAC and Plumbing Service Manager to join its team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians, performing quality assurance checks on repair and installation jobs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in HVAC and plumbing services, a proven track record of managing a team of technical professionals, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing services, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role. Professional licenses as HVACR installers, plumbers, and water quality specialists. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure. Knowledge of industry regulations and safety protocols. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
