About Fulfill:

Fulfill accelerates food security throughout Monmouth & Ocean Counties by leading a collaborative movement that connects people to food and related resources while also addressing systemic barriers to self-sufficiency and well-being.
Fulfill is part of local, state, and national alliances committed to advancing food security for everyone. Food insecurity is part of larger systemic issues that require comprehensive, multi- level approaches. On the ground level, Fulfill collaborates with and supports a network of approximately 300 community-based organizations throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties to distribute food and connect people to related services. On a systemic level, Fulfill works collaboratively with others to develop a comprehensive, systemic response to food insecurity targeted to addressing its root causes of poverty and social injustice.

Fulfill has an employee base of over 50 employees. Our headquarters is in Neptune (where this position is based), with a satellite branch (The B.E.A.T. Center) in Toms River.

Summary Job Description:
The Human Resources Associate provides support for payroll,
benefits, workers compensation and leaves of absence. Responsible for data processing and administration of iSolved, including data reporting. Serves as first point of contact for responding to payroll, compensation and benefits inquiries from team members and external agencies.

Reports To: VP of Finance & Administration Supervisory/Manager responsibilities: None

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Using iSolved, maintains accurate employment records (including on-boarding, off- boarding, job changes etc.).

2. Maintains homepage and accompanying documentation.
3. Ensures iSolved validation tables reflect current policies.
4. Responsible for compiling and reporting data, including but not limited to position control, time-to-fill, etc.

5. Prepares communications related to job changes (welcome letters, promotions, compensation adjustments, terminations).
6. May conduct or assist with conducting audits in iSolved.
7. Responsible for HR-related invoice processing.

8. May assist Fulfill leadership with data relating to staffing, recruiting, compensation, payroll and benefits.
9. Responsible for responding to inquiries/notices from team members and external agencies.

10. Coordinate and provide support for projects related to iSolved implementation.10. Assistance in various HR/organization projects as directed.

Requirements

1. 3-5 years Generalist experience

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
4. Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills
5. iSolved recent experience
6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Office365 or related software
7. Proficient with videoconferencing platforms, particularly Teams and Zoom
