Health Coach

Echo Lake Country Club is a premier private golf and country club located in the stunning mountains of Vermont. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional experiences and services to our members and guests. As part of our commitment to their well-being, we are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Health Coach to join our team.

As a Health Coach at Echo Lake Country Club, you will work closely with members to create personalized wellness plans and guide them in achieving their health goals. Your expertise will cover a wide range of areas, including fitness, nutrition, stress management, and healthy lifestyle choices. You will educate and empower members to make sustainable changes, offering guidance and support every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify members' needs and goals
• Collaborate with members to develop individualized wellness plans
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to help members achieve their health goals
• Conduct regular check-ins to track progress and make necessary adjustments to wellness plans
• Lead group fitness classes and wellness workshops
• Stay current with the latest industry research and trends to continuously enhance your coaching skills
• Collaborate with other health and wellness professionals to provide a holistic approach to member care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., exercise science, nutrition, psychology)
• Certified Health Coach or equivalent certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members
• Excellent knowledge of fitness, nutrition, stress management, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Experience in conducting health assessments and developing individualized wellness plans
• Familiarity with a wide variety of exercise modalities and ability to lead group fitness classes
• Highly motivated with a passion for helping others achieve their health goals
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of health and wellness professionals
