We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer at Addiox Technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and impactful design solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining consistent branding across all marketing collateral, both digital and print. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, and social media visuals. Additionally, you will create visually engaging illustrations and graphics for our website and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and attention to detail. You should have a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required, as well as experience with designing for digital platforms and social media.

Responsibilities

• Design and create visually compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, infographics, and social media visuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts and solutions that align with project goals and client requirements.
• Maintain and update the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistent branding across all materials.
• Create visually engaging illustrations and graphics for the company's website and other digital platforms.
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs for digital and print advertisements.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform design decisions.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Experience designing for digital platforms and social media.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
