POSITION OVERVIEW
We are on the lookout for a motivated, results-oriented individual to join us as a File Request Agent.


KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Request documentation to support the cases that reach the firm

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Monday, Case Management Systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


**Job Type:** Full-time, to coordinate.

- Spanish and english Speaking is a must.
- Experience working with a remote team.
- Possess a strategic and analytical mindset.

- React with appropriate urgency to situations and requests.
- Embrace a detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- No previous experience in immigration is required. Yet, familiarity with immigration management systems, like Camplegal, is a strong plus.
