Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top executive talent.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive recruiting, preferably in the management consulting sector.
- Strong understanding of executive search processes and techniques.
