Leap-EI llc is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. Our mission is to provide a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for our students aged 3-5 years. As an Early Childhood Preschool Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundational learning experiences of young children. You will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children can explore, learn, and grow through play and hands-on activities. We believe that fostering a love for learning at an early age is crucial, and you will be instrumental in implementing a curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a strong commitment to supporting the diverse needs of our students and their families. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning.
  • Observe and assess each child's development and progress, providing feedback and support.
  • Engage children in activities that foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create an inclusive educational atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety and health standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preffered.
  • Valid teaching certification or license in early childhood education (if applicable).
  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
