Leap-EI llc is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. As an Early Childhood Preschool Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundational learning experiences of young children. You will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children can explore, learn, and grow through play and hands-on activities. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning.
- Observe and assess each child's development and progress, providing feedback and support.
- Engage children in activities that foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create an inclusive educational atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety and health standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preffered.
- Valid teaching certification or license in early childhood education (if applicable).
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
