Customer Service Cashier

Tony Beef, a well-established restaurant in the culinary industry, is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Cashier. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.

As a Customer Service Cashier, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, processing payments, and providing accurate and efficient service. You will also handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints or issues, and maintain a clean and organized cash register and dining area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them in an orderly and timely manner
• Take food and drink orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
• Process cash, credit, and debit card payments and provide accurate change
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues
• Maintain clean and organized cash register and dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient operations
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Make Milkshakes and Floats to order

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
• Basic math skills and ability to calculate and provide accurate change
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
