Construction Site Manager

Youth Bridge Housing at Bright Harbor Healthcare will provide an opportunity for youth to gain the skills needed to live independently. We are seeking a dedicated management professional who will be responsible for successful completion of the bridge housing project within the required time frame of 2 years.

Position Title: Construction Site Manager
Position Type: Full Time; 35 Hours Weekly

Department: Youth Bridge Housing
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of cost estimates, budgets and work schedules
• Optimize resource allocation
• Maximize project efficiency and quality control to maintain high quality standards in accordance with RFCC requirements
• Select subcontractors and coordinate activities
• Conduct regular safety inspections
• Write risk assessments and ensure compliance with building and safety codes
• Monitor project progress and budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (Experience may be substituted for degree)
• Four (4) years of experience in construction site management or a similar role
• Competency certifications such as the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI) preferred
• A strong understanding of building laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to enforce compliance with safety and quality standards, and make informed decisions
• Excellent verbal, writing, and listening skills to interact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, laborers, and other stakeholders
