We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who is detailed oriented and organized. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and well-organized communicator who has a passion for construction.
Duties will include:
Develop project plans, including scope, budget, implementation and timelines
Overseeing Implementation of Projects
Typing up Proposals and RFQs
Creating Job Progress Reports
Managing Travel Arrangements
Materials Management
Project Planning
Scheduling Availability of Bid Due Dates and Estimator
Budgeting and Expense Tracking
Billing
Requirements
Skills:
Project Management
Construction Experience
Manage Multiple Projects
Ability to Read Blueprints
Familiar with Project Management Software
MS Office (Word and Excel)
Outstanding Organizational and Time Management skills
Familiar making Travel Arrangements
Handle Logistics for Trucks including pick up and deliver materials to work sites
Managing Compliance with OSHA rules and regulations
Self-Motivator
