Taylor Management is seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Community Property Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in the daily operations of the community, ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. This position is key to maintaining high-level communication and organization within the community.
Responsibilities:
- Manage resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and maintain community records, files, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Assist in planning and organizing community events and meetings.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
