The firm offers a wide range of real estate services, including:

  • Real Estate Transactions: Representing clients in complex real estate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and development projects.
  • Real Estate Finance: Advising on real estate financing, including debt and equity financing, loan workouts, and restructurings.
  • Real Estate Litigation: Handling disputes related to real estate, including property disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and construction litigation.
  • Real Estate Development: Assisting developers in all aspects of real estate development, from land acquisition to project completion.
  • Real Estate Leasing: Representing landlords and tenants in commercial and residential leasing transactions.

The Role: 

As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting complex real estate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth title and survey reviews
  • Preparing and coordinating legal documents for purchases, sales, financings, and leases
  • Assisting with due diligence processes, including zoning and municipal documentation
  • Drafting correspondence and transactional documents
  • Managing deadlines and transaction schedules to ensure timely closings
  • Collaborating with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions
  • Maintaining organized files and transaction records

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate: 

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week
