Full Job Description

A prominent commercial real estate company seeks an experienced commercial property manager to manage the daily operations of a medical office portfolio located throughout the country. The property manager will be responsible for all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, vendor management, maintenance supervision, construction oversight, reporting, AP/AR, and budgeting. The position is based in Middletown, NJ, with a flexible hybrid work environment, if desired. Travel necessary to properties locally and out of state, as needed.

Requirements

The candidate must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of property management experience with commercial office, medical, or retail properties. This position requires strong administrative, organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills. Our company seeks a team player with the proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. The candidate must have an acute attention to detail and demonstrated effectiveness in managing multiple work assignments simultaneously, often adhering to strict deadlines. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and a courteous and customer service-oriented manner. Microsoft Office proficiency is required, with a high concentration in Excel; Yardi and AVID knowledge is a plus.
