We provide outpatient mental health services in Bayville, Manahawkin, Point Pleasant, and Toms River offering affordable, comprehensive, and easily accessible behavioral health care. These are available for individuals of all ages. Our highly trained and experienced staff provides services in a comfortable, friendly setting. Position Title: Receptionist
Position Type: Part Time; 20 Hours Weekly

Location: Toms River, NJ
Department: Outpatient

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Greet consumers
• Organize and schedule appointments in person and via telehealth, following up with consumers as need
• Maintain professional contacts list
• Maintain excel filing system for information not kept in EMR through data entry
• Print and mail secure letters on behalf of clinical programs/staff
• Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries regarding Children’s programming and updates

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communications skills
