The role is critical to TCP, as the Associate E-Commerce Manager you will be responsible for maximizing our sales and digital strategy across all retailer.com pages examples include ( Walmart, Target, Kroger, Meijer, etc.) in addition to supporting the sales relationship with our brand.com’s fulfillment provider.

What are the Key Deliverables in this role?
- Financial Outcomes
- Deliver Profitable Sales Growth: Support sales team in order to achieve sales objectives, volume growth and market share growth, via best in class digital shelf and aligned to retailer objectives.
- Digital Strategy: leverage data, insights, and ecommerce knowledge to influence development of retailer specific digital strategies across portfolio of brands to deliver short- and long-term growth.
- Customer Service
- Customer Centricity: Be customer obsessed in understanding and deploying retailer specific strategies and tactics in order to deliver on retailer ecommerce KPIs ( Digital Scorecards, % Digital Sales, etc).
- Digital Shelf Management: deliver best in shelf experience via through assessment, formatting, and syndicating and monitoring digital content including ratings and reviews, images, copy etc in order to continuously optimize and achieve strong retailer scorecard measurement.
- Internal Processes
- Sales Fundamentals: Demonstrate strong command and control of the business and operational needs including forecasting for S&OP and Trade Management of brand.com businesses. Leverage data and analytics to understand ecommerce sales trends and market conditions to share and influence internal cross functional partners.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: partner with sales and marketing teams to maximize brand sales across retailers via retailer.com in alignment with sales team and brand strategies.
- Innovation and Learning
- New Category Expansion: support expansion into new categories with ecommerce strategy and execution across retailers, ensuring flawless set up and optimization of content and strategies.
- Omni Channel Management: Stay current with new technology and channel trends and apply best practices to drive ecommerce growth.
Requirements
What are the Critical success factors for the Role?
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Commutable location to Woodcliff Lake, NJ
- 2+ years’ successful CPG ecommerce experience in Sales or Marketing roles
- Knowledge of technical setup activities for retailer eCommerce platforms
- Experience managing and executing Syndication experience across (Syndigo, Salsify, Nielsen Brand Bank, etc.)
- Experience with sales fundamentals ( Forecasting, Trade Management)
- Strong business acumen with understanding of best-in-class- omni channel go to market tactics and strategies
