We are currently offering a great opportunity to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities! We are in need of Assistant Group Home Managers to assist with the daily operations of Residential Programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to providing training, supervision and support to program assistants and subordinate staff, ensuring compliance with funding sources and providing effective oversight in the functions of the residential programs. The Assistant Manager also assists with the direct care of clients.

Schedule: 3pm-11pm Flexible to support program needs

Pay: Make up to $21-25 per hour, Shift Differentials, Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule, Overtime Availability

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points
• At least two years experience working with Individuals with Disabilities
• Previous experience working in Group Home setting

Education: High School Diploma or GED
