Tony Beef, a leading restaurant in the culinary industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

As Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the restaurant's reputation for outstanding service and exceptional cuisine. You will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will assist with financial management, including budgeting, inventory control, and cost analysis. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for the restaurant industry.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Coordinate and supervise the front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service
  • Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver impeccable customer service and achieve performance targets
  • Maintain an atmosphere of professionalism, enthusiasm, and teamwork among staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of supplies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a high-performance team
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
