Requirements
We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisorto become a part of our Affordable (Tax-credit and Project Based Section 8) housing property, Aspen River Park (261 units) in Newark, NJ and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role:
- Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Manager of 150+ units
- Heavy apartment maintenance knowledge
- Heavy organizational skills
- Team-building skills
- Heavy understanding of the process of unit turnovers
- REAC preparation knowledge
- Yardi experience
