Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to communications via email, phone, and virtual platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate scheduling and meetings for staff, including the preparation of necessary materials.
- Maintain and organize electronic files and documents to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and project management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of the school.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in administration, operations, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
