Bfifurniture is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our operations and enhance our daily business functions. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, enabling our team to thrive in a collaborative and efficient environment. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records. Your ability to multitask and prioritize is essential, as you will be the go-to resource for administrative needs. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and enhancing productivity across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are always available
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information
  • Handle communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence promptly and professionally
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and maintain personnel records
  • Collaborate with various teams to assist with project coordination and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in business administration or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
