We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations.

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing, organizing, and optimizing warehouse operations, focusing on efficient handling of shipping, receiving, and manufacturing processes. The role demands strong leadership, expertise in injection molding, and a proactive approach to process optimization and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee and streamline all warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, and safety protocols to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Shipping & Receiving: Ensure timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Manufacturing Integration: Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to align warehouse processes with production needs, ensuring materials and inventory are managed effectively.
• Injection Molding Expertise: Apply specialized knowledge in injection molding to supervise related manufacturing processes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
• Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a secure working environment by ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in warehouse management, including shipping, receiving, and manufacturing processes.
• In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes and their application in manufacturing.
• Expertise in injection molding within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and relevant technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
