• Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.
• Provide expert advice on travel dates, transportation options, pricing, and lodging.
• Manage large-scale events, such as conferences and retreats.
• Book travel arrangements and accommodations on behalf of clients.
• Handle client payments and process fees.
• Address travel issues, complaints, and handle refunds as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of client information and financial transactions.
• Stay current on industry trends by attending travel seminars and training sessions.

Requirements

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You have a computer, smartphone, and wifi.
• Great people skills - Must be able to talk to clients
• You are flexible and adaptable and like working in a fast-paced environment.
• You are solution-oriented and you see difficult questions as a fun challenge.
• You are fluent in English, written and verbal.
• You love learning new things.
• You're self-motivated.
