About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced videographer to capture key moments at MINExpo 2024 in Las Vegas. This is a two-day engagement where you’ll be documenting their CEO and team as they explore the exhibition floor, meet with innovative tech companies, and engage with our members.
Responsibilities:
- Day 1: Half-day shoot focusing on capturing the CEO’s interactions with new technology companies at the exhibition floor.
- Day 2: Half-day shoot highlighting the CEO’s meetings with ReThink Mining members showcasing their innovations.
- Capture high-quality footage with a single camera angle, utilising external microphones for clear audio.
- Deliver raw footage at the end of each day.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event videography, preferably in a trade show or conference setting.
- Access to professional-grade camera equipment and external microphones (minimum of 2).
- Ability to work independently and follow a pre-determined brief.
- Experience in capturing candid, natural interactions as well as more structured interviews.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with our team on-site.
Deliverables:
- Raw footage from both half-day shoots.
- All footage to be provided by the end of each day.
