Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarms for any suspicious activities
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain safety and security
• Write and submit detailed incident reports and documentation as required
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications preferred
• Valid security guard license or certification
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and act effectively in stressful situations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Age 21
