Responsibilities
- Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home/center and/or school settings
- Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs
- Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
- Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
- Attendance at staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician certification required
- Proven 2+ years experience as a Behavioral Technician
- Additional ABA certification and licensure from the state of Nevada
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients when needed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients
- Certificate, bachelor’s, or associate’s degree in behavioral health or related field
