Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
ABA Provider working with children in Las Vegas area (7375 W. Prairie Falcon Rd Suite 150). New center location opening (recently remodeled) with experienced BCBAs and premium full-time in center schedule slots available.
Reaching for the Sky ABA is a collaborative and supportive working environment with well-equipped therapy items in individual and common room areas. We have large, open recess room with a wide range of toys for physical play and social opportunities. We have a breakroom for RBTs to decompress furnished comfortably with a personal side entrance/exit. RBTs are always supported by BCBAs with extensive experience and an interactive approach to training.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at our ABA center
- Collect and accurately record data
- Utilize an online system to enter, track, and view progress
- Submit case notes of each session and hours worked every day
- Maintain timely communication with clients and supervising BCBAs

Requirements
- Must be certified as an RBT and have a NV state license
- Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, creative, organized, professional, and reliable
- Availability from 8 am to 5 pm M-F
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
