Property Management Rep

Vista Paint Corporation is looking for a dynamic Property Management Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, establishing and nurturing relationships with commercial and residential property management companies, HOA’s, and Multi-Family apartments and rentals.

 Your responsibilities will include presenting Vista Paint's complimentary services resulting in sales of architectural coatings for the repainting market, attending industry events and trade shows, and assisting in the creation of innovative color palette solutions.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Property Management Rep position at Vista Paint Corporation, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Experience in property management, sales, or a related field
• Able to make cold calls
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
