Property Management Rep

Vista Paint Corporation is seeking a Property Management Rep to join our team. As a Property Management Rep, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with property managers and management companies, presenting our services, and attending industry functions and trade shows to represent Vista Paint. You will also be involved in writing paint specifications, organizing bid walks, monitoring painting jobs, and working with color committees to create new color palettes.

We are looking for a candidate who is outgoing, customer-focused, and has a passion for color and design. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

To be considered for the Property Management Rep position at Vista Paint Corporation, candidates are required to have:

• Previous experience in property management or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
