Plant Operator in Training

As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining water and wastewater treatment systems. Your main duties will include monitoring system performance, conducting regular inspections and tests, adjusting processes as needed, and troubleshooting equipment issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in operating and maintaining water and wastewater treatment systems. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. Additionally, candidates must possess a strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.

We offer:

Annual Salary of between $45,000 and $60,000 depending on experience

• Level 1 operators licence for this area would be ideal.
