Full Job Description
We are a growing Personal Injury Law Firm looking to hire a Case Manager to assist with all aspects of a client's case from intake to settlement. You must be local (i.e., live in Clark County, Nevada) to apply for this job. Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Collecting medical records and bills, verifying balances, and spotting significant issues for negotiation purposes;
- Establishing insurance claims against auto and commercial insurance policies;
- Obtaining subrogation liens from health insurance companies and ensuring health insurance was used for treatment when applicable;
- Sorting, scanning, and saving mail;
- Consistently following up with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters until the completion of a task;
- Collecting and organizing documents into our cloud-based case management software, Filevine; and
- Assisting clients with their property damage claims.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate for this position would have an understanding of the following:
- Personal Injury Law;
- Filevine
- Medical terminology pertaining to a personal injury client's medical treatment;
- Only applicates that complete video interview and questionnaire will be considered.
We would like to hire someone with at least 1 – 3 years of experience working for a personal injury law firm and with knowledge of Filevine Software. However, we are willing to train the right person. Spanish speaking would be ideal, but apply anyways if you can't speak Spanish. We are also seeking someone that can work independently and think outside the box if needed to complete an assignment. You must live in Clark County, Nevada. The ideal candidate will be optimistic and willing to try alternative solutions to meet clients' needs and solve problems.

We also contribute towards health, dental, and vision insurance. Merit based bonuses are given per quarter dependent upon job performance.
