Packer - 2nd Shift

Our Home is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packer on the 2nd shift. As a packer, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and packaging products according to company standards and customer requirements. This is an afternoon position with a typical shift working Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 11:30PM.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and ensure the quality of products before packaging
• Package products according to packaging guidelines and specifications
• Label and seal packaging materials accurately
• Operate packaging equipment and machinery
• Prepare finished products for shipment or storage
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory control as needed
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals

Requirements

• Prior experience in a packaging or production environment preferred

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills

• Ability to stand, lift, and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
