Office Administrator – North America
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the team in North America. This role will support the team by undertaking all financial administrative duties for our new Las Vegas Site.

Your dream role:
- We need an Office Administrator to join our North American Team in Las Vegas. Your number one responsibility will be to support all financial administrative activities in relation to manufacturing for the North American region.
- This is a permanent full-time position, working 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break daily.
- You’ll process and co-ordinate accounts payable invoices related to the operations business including the resolution of queries.
- Capital asset management and reconciliation at site.
- Inventory control and reporting, including cycle counting data entry.
- Track and report on project costs.
- Support administrative work of other site operations staff (Man engineering, materials, commercial etc.) including local non-stock purchase order completion.
- Scan, organize, manage and create various electronic documents and files.
- Co-ordinate and support site visits for both internal staff and external guests.
- Create and use PowerPoint, Excel and Pivot tables for various reports.
What you will bring:
- You will ideally have a college degree or diploma in Admin or Business.
- 3 Years + Experience in an Accounting/Administration office setting with limited supervision.
- Ideally your experience will have been gained in the Automotive or Aerospace manufacturing industry.
- The ability to work efficiently with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience using an ERP/MRP system is essential for this role.
- Things can be hectic here. You will remain calm under pressure and be able to prioritize a busy workload using your strong organizational skills.
- Fantastic analytical skills along with a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
