Masa Mixer - 3rd Shift

Our Home is seeking a skilled and dedicated masa mixer to join our manufacturing team on third shift. As a masa mixer, you will be responsible for preparing the necessary ingredients to produce our high-quality products. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow strict quality standards. The typical work schedule for the masa mixer on third shift is Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30AM.

Responsibilities:

• Load bags of masa flour into the mixer.
• Inspect and load grinding stones into the grinding machine.
• Measure and add the correct amount of water and other ingredients to the masa mix.
• Operate mixing equipment according to established guidelines.
• Assist with moving products and materials within the production area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work on second shift.
